Northern Marianas College, Cooperative Research & Education Extension Services-Agriculture & Research Extension (CREES-ARE) is a Land Grant Agency funded under the United States Department of Agriculture for the Northern Mariana Islands. The mission of the CREES program is to enhance the well-being and quality of life of the CNMI community through research and extension in agriculture, family and consumer sciences. 

These ideas are achieved through providing assistance to local aquaculturists and agriculturists in improving production. Assisting farmers in developing their aquaculture facility and providing training to students interested in the field of agriculture.
